Microview Video Software

The Microview Video Software is a simple, easy-to-use solution for integrating digital video of microscopic samples with Thermo FT-IR and Raman microscope systems.  For those users who don’t need the advanced mapping and imaging capabilities offered by the OMNIC Atlus software, MicroView provides the ideal set of image viewing tools.

 
 
 
 
The Microview Video software provides users a simple yet powerful toolbox for performing operations that require viewing or capturing the optical image of microscopic samples for analysis by Infrared or Raman spectroscopy.

Standard features include:

  • View, capture and print real-time digital video images of microscopic samples
  • Image copy, paste, annotation and save operations for simple report generation
  • Video objective calibration and sample measurement tools to ensure accurate feature dimensioning
  • Control of automated x, y stage, automated aperture dimensioning, auto focus, and auto ATR contact for single point sample measurements (with fully automated infrared microscope systems such as the Nicolet Continuµm).
